How many feedback/evaluation forms do participants need to complete?

We do not include feedback or evaluation forms as part of the programme. Learners are encouraged to complete the online e-assessments and complete a CPD record. If you participate in a pilot session, there will be a set of evaluation/review forms to support each pilot site as part of our quality assurance procedures.
