How many exams are available?

The cost of each CLEP or DSST exam is substantially less than the cost of tuition. Each testing service charges a small fee per exam, and St. Edward’s assesses a nominal registration fee. What are the tests like? CLEP and DSST tests are mostly made up of multiple-choice questions. Some exams, like English Composition, also require an essay. You’ll take CLEP exams on a computer, and you’ll use a more traditional paper booklet for DSST exams. When will I know if I earned college credit from St. Edward’s? When you take each CLEP or DSST test, make sure St. Edward’s receives a copy of your scores by listing our school code (6619 for CLEP, 8912 for DSST). Once we do, we’ll let you know in just two to four weeks
