e-FAQ does not come pre-loaded with any entries. e-FAQ is build upon your knowledge and we cannot anticipate what questions may come into your business. However, there is a sample e-FAQ Marketing FAQ that is included that can be loaded into e-FAQ through the e-FAQ Bulk Loader. The marketing.xml file is located in teh e-FAQ Samples directory.
