How many employees will I need to operate a California Sun franchise?
We feel it is important for our franchisee to be hands-on owner/operators to be successful. The total operating hours per week is approximately eighty. You must figure out the amount of hours you and your family are willing to work. Once you total your family hours, you fill in the rest with employees.
