How many employees need to sign up in order to have a group?
Vision Care Direct doesnt have a participation requirement. If two employees sign up, that is considered a group. The membership fees are based on the census of the group regardless of how many sign up. Vision Care Direct is a voluntary plan. Those employees who need a vision benefit, will sign up; those who dont, wont.
