Each full-time quarter equals 8 units, each full-time semester equals 12 units. Each participant is approved for a maximum of 96 units (12 full-time quarters or 8 full-time semesters) except the active duty prior-service participant with an enlistment of less than six (6) years with the ONG. Those enlistees are only eligible for a maximum of 48 units (6 full-time quarters or 4 full-time semesters).
