How many earths would fit inside the sun?

“Thus, for example, the radius of the Sun is about 109 times that of the Earth, which implies that the volume of the Sun would hold approximately 1.3 million Earths (since the volume goes as the cube of the radius)” (Source 1) The sun and the earth are both roughly spherical. The formula for a sphere is 4/3 x (pie) x r^3. The sun has an r that is 109 times that of the earth. So the r^3 for the sun is 1,295,029 (109^3) times that of the earth. 4/3 x (pie) is the same for both calculations (4/3 x pie = 4.1867). Essentially since we know the r^3 is the only difference in the equation we can just calculate that out. Alternatively, you could use the equation for a sphere (approximate shape) and use the actual radius of the sun and earth ( 695000 km vs 6378 km) for the radius (r) and do the calculations.
