• It is understood from Section 5.4.3 that DWD intends to complete the exercise in 4 phases (Phase-1 to Phase-4), Phase 4 being Customization and Implementation. • RFP states that “The Integrator will work with DWD to develop a GAP Analysis between the base software and the desired DWD customized software functionality.” It is understood that DWD and Integrator will be jointly involved in phase-1 through Phase-3. Does DWD require any involvement from Software vendor also?
