How many Dots in Disciplines should Elder characters have?
New rules for designing NPC vampires, appear in Childern of the Night (pg.5-7). • Start with the standard number of Dots for a Player character. • add two Dots in Attributes for each century of unlife achieved. After five centuries this drops to only 1 Dot per century. • Add five dots to Abilities for each century of unlife survived. • The square root of the vampire’s age determines how many Dots are distributed among his Disciplines. The rest of the traits are largely determined by the what the character has allowed his life to become.
