A. At peak-load times, we have up to 24 dispatchers on duty. At low-load times, at least 8 dispatchers are on duty. During times of high activity, additional dispatchers are pulled in from other departments to handle the additional signal load. This flexibility and ability to handle incoming signal volume allows us to maintain our low average response time.
