How many dishes are frozen for any given service?
In a regular 5-meal service, anywhere from 3-5 dishes can be frozen. Because all the meals are cooked on the same day, several of the meals have to be frozen rather than sitting in your refrigerator for days before you eat them. All of the meals are delicious, and the frozen meals have been tested to ensure that they taste as great when you defrost and eat them as they did when I made them. The flexibility of having frozen meals means you can choose to work them into your family’s dinner schedule whenever you want.
