Further to the other answers mentioning the 86 million permutations, that is irrelevant. There are only 49 numbers playable in the UK main draw as you know and you choose 6 of those numbers, not 7. The bonus (7th and final ball in the draw) can only be used when you have 5 of the main balls and the ‘missing’ ball matches the bonus – a runner up prize, if you like.
