Leading manufacturer of footwear and accessories, Adidas, recently celebrated completing 60 years of making its ‘Adidas Originals’, by designing the ‘Superstar Diamond Shoe’. The shoe is designed with six diamonds of 0.02 carats and some Swarovski crystals decorating the tongue and lace aglets, reports say. The company will retail the shoes at its Adidas Original stores at Bangalore, Chandigarh, Delhi and Mumbai in India.
New Delhi, May 22: Adidas, the global footwear and apparel player launched a diamond studded edition of shoes on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of its lifestyle brand ‘Adidas Originals.’ Buzz up! In a statement released Adidas said that the special ‘Superstar Diamond Shoe’ is embedded with six 0.02 carat diamonds along the stripes of each shoe. Diamond studded shoes will be available at exclusive Adidas Originals stores in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chandigarh. “The shoes inherit Adidas’ legacy of soulful and stylish designs with six 0.02 carat diamonds skillfully embedded along the stripes on each shoe. The stylish Swarovski crystals studded on the accessories accompanying the shoe add on the extra style quotient,” statement said. The Originals Superstar Diamond pair is priced at Rs 12,999.
