There should be a tracking #.Click on the tracking #, and it should take you to the ups website, and tell you where your package is… If there is anumber but no info, it means JCP has sent the shipping info to UPS, but not the merchandise. Online retailers frequently send the shipping info to ups, when they start processing the order, but may not fill the order for several days…..
