There is no limit to the number of data files you can have in an ASCII format portfolio. MetaStock format portfolios are limited to a maximum of 2000 data files in a single portfolio. There is no limit to the number of different portfolios you can create in either format. Note: Although there is no limit to the number of data files for which you can collect history data, whether tick, intraday, or daily, you should let common sense be your guide.
