How many crunches should i do to get better abs??
I have to be honest with you. I don’t think you’ll be able to see results that are visible in 2 weeks. Lat summer, I started really focusing on my abs. I would do 300 crunches a night in sets of 30 (10×30 crunches). I made sure I varied them to hit all areas of my abdomen. For instance, I would do some with my legs straight up in the air to target my lower abdominals. The other thing I’ve found is very helpful is a 10 minute ab workout with a trainer from Exercise TV named Cindy Whitmarsh. I’ve always thought exercise videos were useless but this one is quite fun and she is extremely energetic. Plus the exercises are unique (some of them are standing up, some are with weights, etc.) The great thing about the video is that it doesn’t seem that hard while you do it, but afterwards you certainly notice that it’s helping to tone your stomach.
