How many credits would you assign for each book, or how many books would constitute a year of high school foreign language credit?
We would assign one semester each for Level Three and Level Four of our Greek series, and one year each for Level Five, Level Six, and Level Seven. Latin Levels Three, Four, Five and Six are comparable with Greek Levels Three, Four, Five, and Six in their extent of grammatical instruction. Although the standards for Latin vary widely, thus making it difficult to be absolutely definitive, it is acceptable to give up to three high school credits (three years) for this material (one-half credit each for Level Three and Level Four, one credit each for Level Five and Level Six).
