After your 16th credit within 24 consecutive months is posted, an Award will be automatically deposited in your account. You will be notified either via e-mail (through your Account E-mail Address) or by U.S. mail (which can take 14-21 days) that an Award is in your account and is available to use. You can also check your balance and Award status yourself through MySouthwest® at southwest.com, a password-protected area of our web site. Request a password now!
