Well, it all depends on your High School. I needed 21 to graduate highschool. I know others in the same state I live in who needed more than that. Usually they tell you when you start highschool how many total credits you need to graduate and how many credits in each different subject like history, english, electives, science, and so on. Check with your high school counselor and they will be able to tell you how many you need and how many you currently have.
