How many countries around the world give their citizens free (forgetting about tax for the moment) tertiary education?
Well I don’t know about the number of countries, but I do know that Scotland is one of them (Note that this is only Scotland and not the United Kingdom in general as under the treaty of union circa 300 years ago, Scotland has separate insitutions for education and the laws governing them to the rest of the UK)
