How many Corydoras can I put in 200L/53Gallon tank?
Corys are shoaling fish so you should add at least 2 more Albinos and 3 more Bronze Corys. Your tank stock is okay at the moment, but adding in multiple Cichlids is risky since all Cichlids have a tendency to be slightly aggressive to very aggressive. The only one I can think of in this tank is 1 Angelfish. So you could go for: – 10 x Rummynose Tetras – 4 x Blue Rams – 4 x Albino Corys – 4 x Bronze Corys – 1 x Bristlenose Pleco – 1 x Angelfish Just make sure the tank has a low pH, below 7, definitely not more than 7. You can use peat filtration, Indian almond leaves, driftwood tannins, or all three to slowly bring the pH down. Do not use chemicals. Once the chemical burns out things just go haywire! Try to use as many natural products as possible. I find peat filtration to be very good for lowering pH. I slowly lowered my pH from 8.5 to 7.2 over the course of 2 weeks using peat filtration.
