2 copies of briefs and appendices shall be served on each party to the appeal 1 copy of the transcript shall be served on any one respondent for the use of all respondents. Proof of such service shall be filed simultaneously with the Appellate Division Clerks Office as required by New Jersey Court Rule 1:5-3. 5 copies of each brief and appendix are filed with the Appellate Division Clerks Office. 3 copies of the transcript are filed with the Appellate Division Clerks Office (in addition to the copy filed by the court reporter supervisor, clerk or agency). If the original and copy of the transcript were filed with the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken prior to the filing of the notice of appeal, the appellant shall, within 10 days after all briefs of all parties have been filed, request the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken to immediately transmit the filed copy to the clerk of the court to which the appeal is taken.
