How many copies of a filing are required?
• MOST PLEADINGS The original and 15 copies. If you are a party in a docket set for hearing, the order establishing procedure will set out specific copy requirements. • INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENTS The original and two (2) copies. • ANSWERS TO INTERROGATORIES AND REQUESTS FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS File the original and one (1) copy of a NOTICE OF SERVICE with the Clerk’s Office.
