How many copies of a Bankruptcy Notice need to be provided to ITSA?
Creditors must file the original and at least 3 copies of a Bankruptcy Notice with ITSA in the approved form. ITSA will retain the original for the registry; one for your file, one for service on the debtor; one to be filed in the Creditor’s Petition proceedings. You will require additional copies where there are joint debtors (two extra for each additional debtor) or if service is to be attempted at several different addresses.
