How many copies does OCGA/SIO need for the initial review?
Submit a complete proposal review package containing originals of the following:: • RES form with original PI and departmental signature(s) • Original Face Page signed by PI and Department Chair • Certifications signed by the PI(s) One to three photocopies of the complete proposal: • One copy for OCGA • One copy for Animal Subjects, if applicable • One copy for Human Subjects, if applicable (continuation applications only) • One copy if Health Sciences researchers are involved in the project To see What to Send OCGA/SIO for Initial Review, click here.
