How many coordinators does the Japanese Garden have?
Four: We have a staff of 15. When you rent the garden for an event you also get a coordinator and staff, this way you are able to enjoy you event. How many guests does the Garden hold? Wedding: 200 seated, you may order extra chairs through the garden to seat up to 250, and the cost of the extra chairs would be $1.00. Wed & Reception: 150-180 seated. Does the garden have an indoor facility? No. All events are in the Main Garden. We do now have a smaller Friends Garden which is tented that smaller events can be held in. How long do we get for a wedding ceremony? Two Hours: 1/2hr for guest to arrive, 1/2hr for ceremony one hour for photos. Can we buy an extra hour for a ceremony only? The only time this could happen is if you were the first wedding of the day. If you are using the garden for formal photos then the charge would be $200.00, and we are still setting up until it is time to open the gates for your guests.
