How many contributions can be entered into OPRS?
A As a general rule we will say that the maximum number of contribution records would be 350,000 records. We recommend that a maximum of three years of contributions be retained. Following the third year of entry and each following year the oldest year should be deleted. As long as you are performing the recommended backups, you will always have an archive that can be accessed for prior years. Keeping three years in the computer allows for comparison of data between the most recent years.
