How many computer engineering majors actually complete their degree in four years by taking 17 units a semester?
R. Perhaps ten percent. Our degree program is laid out in four years because CSUS is a four year institution. Engineering programs in the US, to compare favorably with each other, are all generally four year programs. Typically, it takes longer to graduate. The average for computer engineering at CSUS is probably closer to five years.
