How many colors can ircle make, and what are their codes?

The ‘Ctrl-C plus one other character’ scheme theoretically allows for over 200 different colors. Currently ircle uses 28 static colors and 14 dynamic colors. The static colors appear the same in all ircle clients. The dynamic ones are set by the user in the Color Prefs, and used internally in ircle and by some scripts to display dcc requests, private messages, notices etc. correctly.
