• Per regulation 11.3, the older adult daily living center must provide services simultaneously to four or more clients who are not relatives of the operator for part of a 24-hour day. • A brand new center will not have any clients when it receives its initial 6-month interim license. The center must meet the above requirement within 6 months in order to receive a regular license.
