Up to 99 Clerks can use the system. Each Clerk can log on using their Clerk Code, or Clerk ID cards can be printed which contain a barcode, allowing clerking on by simply scanning the Clerk ID card with a barcode scanner. Clerk cards can also have their photo printed.
