How many classes should a student attend each week?
Studies have shown that for the best results, 2-3 classes a week are recommended. We believe that the difference between a successful martial artist and an unsuccessful one is simply discipline. The student that comes 2-3 times a week each and every week will be healthier, better conditioned, and more proficient than the student that practices 7 days a week. The student that practices 7 days a week will quickly give up, burn out, or become injured. Simply put, the candle that burns twice as bright either lasts half as long or melts. Class time is very important, but even more important is the time the students give their body to recover and their mind to absorb the techniques.
