How many Clandestine Lab Seizures has Canadian law enforcement carried out in the past year or two?
In 2004 Canadian law enforcement agencies dismantled approximately 60 clandestine synthetic drug lab sites across the country. This number represents the most lab seizures ever reported in Canada. Similar trends were observed in 2005. In 2005 Canadian law enforcement agencies dismantled 29 meth labs, 17 ecstasy and 5 cannabis extraction labs.
