How many characters can you make on Final Fantasy XI Online for the XBOX 360?
You can have up to 4 POL accounts and 16 characters on each POL account. While you only need 1 POL account and 1 character, you may want to have more of both of them over time. I have 4 POL accounts (mine, my Son’s, a mule only, and a friend who quit the game). While each of these account has multiple characters, we only have 3 main characters. By main I mean that we are leveling both job and crafting wise. The other characters are mules. Mules are characters we use for specific purposes, such as holding equipment, items we’re going to craft, items we’re selling, food, medications, etc. The number of POL accounts and characters you get really depends upon: 1) How much you get into the game 2) How you are willing to spend on the game 3) How effective you are in utilizing your mules.
