How many cases of SARS are there in Ontario now?
As of May 5, the Ministry of Health reported 31 active probable cases, compared with 44 on April 26. Sixteen active suspect cases remain hospitalized. Twenty-three people in the province have died of SARS. A total of 178 probable and suspect cases have been discharged from hospital.
