You are a perfect weight for your height. If you want to maintain your weight you should eat around 1600-2000 calories a day. If losing weight is what you REALLY want, then you can cut it down to 1200-1400 calories a day. Never go under 1200 calories unless directed by a doctor, because it can lead to malnurishment. And always take a daily vitamin to ensure you are getting everything you need for the day, which also helps supress your appetite i’ve found. good luck!

You need to up your caloric intake to 2300 calories and consume 80 grams of protein a day. Work your butt off in the gym. Skinny isn’t good, fat isn’t either.
