How many calories should I consume?
How many calories you should consume depends upon your weight, body fat percentage, how often and how long you workout, and what the rest of your lifestyle looks like. I’m far from a bodybuilder & wouldn’t dream of pumping those kinda substances into my body, but for me: 180 lbs 40/40/20 diet desk job play softball/beach volleyball 2x week lift 60 minutes, 4x week bike 2-3x week My caloric intake for bulking is around 4000 calories. idk your age/height/weight, but start at 3kish and if you don’t gain weight up it 500 every week til you start gaining weight. “hardly any fat” wow, go eat more fat, then go research nutrition, fat’s good if you aren’t sure about all the nutrition stuff, you need to do a lot more research on your body so you don’t waste any time/effort, go to bodybuilding.
