How many calories should i be eating in order to lose weight?
i think i’ts more about the physical ability not the diet…. well of course you cant be pigging out either but people think it’s only about changing your diet and there’s a lot more to it than just that. You also have to change your daily activities as in add more physical activity in your lifestyle… and truly you should be having plenty of small healthy meals through out the day instead of just one or two large meals….
I have been overweight for a long time and couldn’t get used to diets and excersize. But, I joined Weight Watchers in September of last year and it actually works so well. Instead of telling you how many calories to eat they go by points, and for me without much excersize I have lost over thirty pounds so far!
