Well.. people are giving you equirments of calories to ‘LOOSE’ weight, which you do NOT need because you are already underweight. To maintain you’re current weight with the ammount of exercize you’re presueing+ you’re age and height: Everyday walking burns 30-45= 130 x2 weeksday = 400 On a dailey basis you should be consuming 2150 calories and about 65- 70g of fat. On the days when you do you’re “ful- blown workout’ you should be consuming 2500 calories, and 80g of fat, plus a good amount of complex carbohydrates (pasta, breads, rice, etc…) Remember to include you’re 4-5 a day servings of fruit/ vegetables, 3 servings of dairy (you don’t need to worrie about the low-fat, you minize well go ahead for the full-fat to get you’re reccomended ammount of fat in.) 2-3 servings of protein, and 5-7 servings of startch/ grains making atleast half of your dailey servings whole-grain/ wheat.
