How many calories in a white bread turkey sandwich?
First off, I find it refreshing that you already know that counting calories is important. I’m glad you’re taking these steps. The bread should have calorie information right on a label. Taking the crust off will reduce it slightly, so just round down a bit. As for the meat, I recommend you use a combination of a food scale to weigh it and calorie king (website) to look up how many calories is in the number of ounces you are using. If your bread has no calorie information, you may have to weigh that too, and come up with another estimate using a similar item from calorie king. For the “buttery” assuming it’s made from real butter…again, use calorie king and estimate (or measure) the amount you are using. As you can tell, I like calorie king.
