A 6 oz serving of flank steak is 350 calories, but chuck about 600, I don’t know what they use, but it has a lot of fat, more than flank steak has, and the fat is served with the sandwich, often trapped in the onions, which I give you as a calorie freebie. So 850-1100 calories. You’re on your own about the ketchup. I have seen online answers ranging from 500-1700 calories. I think the 500 is a dietician’s fantasy.
