How many calories does jumping rope burn?
Jumping rope is a very intensive exercise, hence you burn more in a short time. In a 20 minute session, you can burn off as many as 200-300 calories. But then again, the calories you burn in a jump rope workout varies from one person to another, depending on the intensity of your jump; your body size; the amount of muscle you’ve in your body, amongst other things…….
