How many calories does a woman need to consume a day to lose weight?
That would depend on what weight she wants to achieve and what the optimum health requirements are for her size and frame/bone structure. First she would want to find out her Optimal BMI range (Body Mass Index) for her height. Then calculate her current BMI rating. Once she finds out what weight range is best for HER BMI she would want to eat as many calories required to meet those needs. This would take her body to the normal weight without putting her into starvation shock or any of the other problems and side effects associated with certain diet programs and pills. Of course she would need to maintain all the proper eating requirements for each of the food groups too. Eating PROPERLY for her body type is a MUST!
