How many calories do you burn with the Curves workout program?
Whether it works or not really depends on the individual. I did it with my mom and sister and we all lost weight, but it differed for each person. My mom lost the most weight because she also modified her diet by eating healthier foods. My sister and I kept the same diet, but she lost more weight because she naturally has a higher metabolism. The program itself will most likely allow you to burn approx 400-500 calories per session (30 min), but of course if you do it for longer, you burn more. The machines are really fun because you change exercises pretty often so you don’t get bored at all. Plus, by interchanging cardio with muscle training, you burn more. I recommend doing the program for a 3 month trial. If you don’t like the results, you can always discontinue your membership. It’s a great atmosphere working out with a variety of women without the hassle of men surrounding us!
