How many calories do i need to lose?
erm hi well.. how can i explain uhh you don’t work in the way of losing ‘calories’ (well, you do, cos you burn them so i can see what you mean) but it’s more sensible just to burn like 500 like you say, say every day or two and try to stick to a diet of around 1750 – 2250 cals per day whilst doing this, and see how your weight loss is after a week.safe weight loss would be 1-2 lb per week i think, and also it’s better to lose it slow as to not wind up with excess skin from losing fast .. if it’s not working then you should lower your cals a bit more, say like to 1500 but no less than that, 1200 the absolute MINIMUM, but you should have around 1500-1800 at least tbh to stay well..
