How many calories do i need (recommended) per day?

I am 5’4 and weight 120 and I would say I eat around 1,500 calories per day. It depends how many you need; if you are very active or exercise then you need more calories but if your life is very sedentary and want to loose weight maybe you should consider 1,200.
