When will people finally understand that losing weight is not about how little you eat but how much you exercise? Whatever you’re eating, you will not lose 3 pounds per week doing only a daily 30 minutes brisk walk! Even if you’re 230lbs and walk at a very fast 4mph, you would burn 260 calories walking 30 minutes a day and lose one pound of fat reserves every…TWO weeks (each pound of fat reserves is 3,500 calories). Providing, of course, that you do not eat an extra 260 calories snack! If you want to lose 3 pounds per week instead of half a pound per week, then walk 6 times more…not 30 minutes a day but 3 hours a day. It’s okay to do moderate exercise, just expect moderate results.
