How many calories are in papa johns personal pan pizza with extra cheese?
I looked all over their website, and they do not list a personal size pizza with pan crust. I’m not saying they don’t have it – it just isn’t on their site. The smallest cheese Pan Pizza they list is 12″ and that is 3,360 calories for the entire 12″ pizza. The smallest cheese pizza with regular crust is 10″ and it is 2,200 calories for the entire 10″ pizza. I looked at several of the websites that list nutritional content for foods, and they can’t be relied on totally as they are not informed of ingredient changes, etc. – but they list a 6″ pan pizza from Papa Johns at 630 calories. That is not with extra cheese – so I would probably add about 60-80 extra calories for extra cheese.
