Calorie count isn’t everything. Don’t forget that the fat in a snickers is bad “Trans” fat (it’s made with Hydronated Oil or Palm Oil). Food with the same calories but lower fat content or with better fat (e.g. Polyunsatured fats, as a packet of roasted nuts has) is much better for you as the body can more easily process these calories into energy, rather than giving up and making them into fatty tissue.
