How many calls can I make in an hour with a PhoneTree® system?
The number of calls that a PhoneTree® unit will initiate and complete during an hour or day will be directly related to the Call Options or parameters that you set for a calling session. With the default PhoneTree® software settings you can expect to complete approximately 60 calls per hour, per line. For example: dialing (1s), 3 rings (18s), waiting for machines (30% x 15s = 5s), redials (20% x 20s = 4s), playing messages (30s)…. Total = 58s, or, 60 calls per hour.
